On our website different items are priced with or without carriage.  The most popular items are kept in stock and therefore you can collect them or we can despatch at cost for you.  The cost of carriage is dependant on weight, time and type of products.  Many products also come direct from manufacturers, some of which include carriage if stated.  Where carriage paid delivery is stated this is for the majority of UK.  Some items to the following postcodes maybe subject to a small surcharge in carriage.

KW, IV, AB, DD, PH4+, PA20, SA20+, TQ, PL, TR

This mainly applies to larger items but ring 0121 772 5634 for further details if this affects you.

Minimum carriage on a carrier for non-carriage-paid orders is £10 (unless posted at your own risk) for small items and increase with weight and size. We will always try to send orders by the most economical way where possible eg parcels, pallets, dedicated vehicle.

All deliveries assume unrestricted access monday to friday 8am to 6pm whether this be free delivery or paid for delivery.  If restrictions or penalties apply any costs involved must be paid for in full by the customer.  Timed deliveries can be arranged at additional cost.  Any parking costs or fines are payable by the customer and should be advised by the customer at time of order. Any costs incurred due to delays caused but not advised at time of order must be paid by customer.  In the event of an order not being delivered due to access restrictions the cost of returning to us and/or redeliver must be paid by the customer prior to redelivery.  In the event of refusal of delivery the customer will be liable for all costs incurred.

We aim to despatch all stock items on a next day service for all orders placed by 12 midday.  We can also arrange same day service if required urgently.

Bulky items are delivered kirbside only and require the customer to move items into there property.  If required, for additional cost we can arrange a 2 man delivery and positioning, unpacking.  Please note Aluminium counters and showcases are delivered as standard with a 2 man delivery, unpacked and packaging removed.

If paying by credit card or debit card the order must be delivered to the card statement address (unless paid in person at our showroom, in which case it can be delivered anywhere)

If goods arrive damaged they must be signed for as damaged or refused in order to make a claim.  Once goods are signed for in good condition no claim can be made.
